GREEN CHAI- A creamy exotic , relaxing mixture of tea and spices.
Chai is a special mix of tea, herbs and spices. It is a milk based drink typically sweetened with honey and consumed at any time of the day. Chai is renowned for its ability to relieve stress, enhance relaxation, settle an upset stomach and promote digestion. The Coffee Bean Estate uses an imported Chai and has four flavours. Spicy, Vanilla, Green and Chocolate.
HOT CHAI: 1. Pour 7 ounces of hot water or milk over 3 tablespoons of powdered chai. 2.  Stir and enjoy. 3. For espresso machine - add chai to a cup half filled with water, stir to disolve. Froth milk with the steam wand. Fill the remainder of the cup.
CHAI ON ICE: 1.  Combine 3 tablespoons of Chai with 4oz hot water. 2.  Pour over a full cup of ice. 3.  Add another 4 oz water or milk.
CHAI ICE BLEND: 1. Combine in a blender 1 cup of milk, 4 tablespoons chai and about 8oz ice 2. Blend Well 3.  Top with whipped cream if desired.
